    The Position

    Représentant de soutien (Solutions de diagnostic moléculaire)

    Pour ce poste, nous cherchons une personne qui demeure dans la grande région de Québec.

    En tant que représentant de soutien, assistance client, vous êtes responsable du maintien d'une expérience client positive pendant la phase la plus longue de leur parcours. Vous êtes passionné par l'environnement de la santé et comprenez l'importance de nos solutions sur l'expérience client et les soins aux patients. Votre enthousiasme pour la résolution des problèmes et la satisfaction de la clientèle est soutenu par vos connaissances techniques pour offrir une expérience client incomparable. Vous travaillerez avec l'équipe d'assistance client pour fournir un support rapide, précis et cohérent à nos clients afin de minimiser la perturbation de la prestation de leurs services de diagnostic.

    Ce que vous ferez

  • Établir des relations avec les opérateurs de systèmes et gestionnaires de laboratoire pour une base de clients dédiée
  • Utiliser vos solides compétences en communication et en écoute active pour identifier et diagnostiquer les problèmes des clients et fournir une résolution précise et rapide
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe d'assistance client pour offrir une expérience client transparente et positive
  • Communiquer régulièrement avec les membres de la brigade régionale et le Gestionnaire, assistance client pour acquérir ou partager une perspective sur l'environnement client, leurs attentes et leur expérience
  • Faire partie de la rotation de garde pour l'assistance après les heures de travail ou la couverture des vacances avec votre équipe de FSR
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe d'assistance client sur les installations (inspections pré-site, installation technique), les mises à niveau et la résolution des problèmes
  • Effectuer la maintenance préventive et la résolution des bulletins de service technique pour la base de clients qui vous a été attribuée et identifier de manière proactive les problèmes potentiels et les signaler au Responsable, assistance client
  • Adhérer aux normes administratives et d'expérience client à chaque interaction de service

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales en technologie électronique ou collège communautaire Spécialité en biomédical
  • 5 ans et plus d'expérience en génie médical, une expérience en laboratoire est considérée comme un atout majeur
