    They also provide administrative support to the sales team as required.


    In this role, you will:


    Conducts competitive rental rate researchPrepares meeting agendas and minutes as requiredOther duties within the job's scope, spirit, and purpose, as requested by managementPrepares and updates suite vacancy and leasing reportsPrepares monthly accounting and leasing reportsAssists in planning project and community eventsPrepares Leaseback Program amendments via DocuSignLiaises with third-party property and condominium managersAssists in planning and organizing community engagement projects and eventsConducts post-occupancy inspections to ensure units are ready for purchaser turnoverReview sales files for accuracy and obtain required documentationMaintains & updates marketing and sales reports as requiredAttends and participates in leasing and sales meetings We would like you to have:Post-secondary education or college diploma is required in a relevant fieldValid driver's license and personal vehicle is requiredA minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience is requiredExperience within property management and/or residential home building will be considered an assetMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Our future is better together.
