    Description
    Assistant Store Manager

    Reporting to the Store Manager, Kal Tire is hiring a versatile Junior Assistant Store Manager in Kamloops , BC .

    You will be responsible for assisting the store manager in the day-to-day management of the store, fostering an environment that values teamwork, excellence, and customer satisfaction.

    You will influence and mentor others to fit into a strong cultured team at this location, drawing upon your passion for outdoor activities to create camaraderie and shared interests among the team.

    As a front-line leader, you play a variety of roles in the store, from sales and service expert, to coach, administrator, manager, and more.

    Kal Tire's location is not just a workplace but a community hub where the team operates in an efficient, profitable, and safe environment for team members, customers, and guests alike.

    Interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high-energy , fast-paced team environment.
    Managing administrative duties such as payables, cash reports, etc.
    Implement and promote store-wide sales and promotions.
    Work closely with the store manager and team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
    You have a high school diploma/ GED equivalent and some management training. (Commercial tire experience back pad will be an asset.
    You have a valid driver's license .
    Monday – Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    Full Time Permanent / 40 hours per week
