    As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving top-line sales growth and creating a highly engaging and interactive in-store customer experience.

    Your visionary leadership will inspire and motivate your team, while your district manager collaborates with you to support your store's unique vision during monthly visits.


    Rocking personal sales:
    You'll lead by example, setting the bar high for outstanding personal sales.

    You'll recruit and train sales associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
    # Execute merchandising, standardize all operational procedures including payroll, tasks, inventory management, and cash balancing.


    Store Management experience:
    Bring your 2+ years of experience in retail management to lead our store to success.
    # Strong command of written and spoken English to effectively connect with customers and team members.
    # Utilize your strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize store performance.
    # Time management expertise:
    Be available to work evenings and weekends, ensuring our customers have the best experience whenever they visit.
