    Description
    New Client Onboarding Experience
    • Complete online insurance applications with new clients
    • Complete and submit new DocuSign investment applications
    • Ensure all documents are fully compliant including KYC, Fund Facts, Reason Why, etc
    • Complete and submit all IFA loan applications and collect required financials as needed
    • Manage and update Equisoft CRM with updated client details and activity throughout the process
    • Communicate client policy and investment account updates regularly and professionally
    • Monitor the 'application to decision' process and obtain additional info from our clients when needed
    • Ensure the initial client 'on-boarding' experience represents the exceptional responsibility we have as their Advisor team
    In Force Client Service Experience
    • Be the first point of contact for admin needs for all existing clients
    • Manage all B and C Client annual reviews and ongoing communication
    • Prep insurance and investment summaries for all client Annual Review meetings
    • Prepare all insurance and investment documents required to update or adjust client needs
    • Process all client requests including statement requests, account changes, deposits and withdrawals, account transfers and other requests in a timely fashion
    • Always ensure that all documentation is perfectly prepared to meet compliance and regulatory standards
    • Update the Annual Review Spreadsheet I real time adding and deleting clients and accounts as needed
    • Ensure clients know they are respected and cared for and our top priority as their
