    Description

    The Operations Services Manager (OSM) is in charge of leading a team to ensure efficient management and timely completion of operations and client deliverables. This includes overseeing colleagues and ensuring smooth operational processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing and overseeing resources for aligned operations. Creating resource plans for future business requirements.
    • Attending governance meetings and scheduling periodic check-ins with client contacts.
    • Cultivating relationships with team members and stakeholders.
    • Leading change management and consistent delivery of key messages.
    • Collaborating across departments to champion teamwork.
    • Ensuring achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Coordinating with Client Services Manager to mitigate financial impacts.
    • Identifying cost management practices and implementing operational improvements.
    • Achieving Global Sourcing and automation targets.

    Requirements

    • 5 years team leadership with proven success in operations and client deliverables.
    • Experience with in-depth knowledge of functional areas such as Leave of Absence or Payroll.
    • Ability to lead and thrive in a demanding environment.
    • Demonstrate effective coaching and team development skills.
    • Demonstrate outstanding oral and written communication skills.
    • Build lasting relations with clients and internal teams.
    • Possess excellent computer skills with current technical knowledge.
    • 2 years people management experience.

    Minimum :

    55,800 USD

    88,500 USD
