    Description

    Fulcrum Law, a dynamic and fast-growing law firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced paralegal to join our team in Vancouver, BC.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in paralegal work, with knowledge in areas such as business law and real estate law.

    Fluency in Farsi is a plus.
    Provide comprehensive support to lawyers, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing case files
    Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents for court filings, hearings, and trials
    Communicate with clients, other legal professionals, and external parties to gather and exchange information
    Demonstrable experience as a paralegal, with knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
    Familiarity with business law and real estate law
    Fluency in Farsi is an advantage
    Proficiency in utilizing digital resources and modern legal research tools, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and Clio
