    Responsibilities in Your Role:

    • Define strategies and inspection plan
    • Ensure the process is respected
    • Optimize the change management process
    • Define, implement, and ensure documentation and compliance with metrics and reports
    • Ensure the flow of non-conforming material
    • Lead new improvement projects
    • Participate in standardization and production control strategies
    • Implement mechanisms to ensure the conformity of the product and processes, in alignment with established standards and regulations

    Contribute to the analysis of non-conformities reported by clients, ensuring PSS activity, closing all actions, and avoiding recurrence.

    Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in a quality function (aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, or electrical industry)
    • Graduated in Bachelor's/Professional Engineering in Aeronautics, Electromechanics, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering
    • Intermediate English proficiency (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
    • Problem-solving skills, management of continuous improvement tools, as well as quality tools
    • Knowledge and proficiency in handling measuring equipment and instruments (length, weight, torque, roughness), as well as interpretation of drawings and GD&T
