    Associate – Corporate/Commercial Litigation

    Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP's litigation group is seeking a highly motivated and outcome-focused litigation associate to join their team.

    The successful candidate will be called to the bar between 2017 and 2020 and is looking to join one of Calgary's most active litigation teams.

    As a leading full-service Canadian law firm, with 120 lawyers skilled in virtually every aspect of business law and litigation, BD&P thrives on the belief that every member of the firm forms an integral part in the delivery of service to clients.

    Be licensed and in good standing to practice law in a Canadian jurisdiction;
    Have demonstrated corporate/commercial litigation experience from a well-regarded law firm;
    Experienced in analyzing and conveying complex legal issues in a practical manner that is useful to more senior lawyers, and clients;
