    Description
    • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
    • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all project personnel.
    • Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, subcontractors, and other team members.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on midrise commercial / institutional buildings.
    • Proven experience with mass timber construction methods is required.
    • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to mass timber construction.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent with expertise in mass timber construction for midrise commercial / institutional buildings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, with a specific focus on mass timber construction methods.

    • Salary range: $180,000 to $220,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
