- Experience in representing senior levels of management in inter-agency and multi-sector collaborative forums
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, on complex policy issues
- The incumbent must have proven working relationships with the law enforcement, intelligence, and justice communities in Manitoba and have a working understanding of the law enforcement, intelligence, and justice communities in other jurisdictions Desired:
