    beBee Professionals is looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team in Montreal.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to the executive team.

    The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
