    Application Support Associate

    Under the direction of the Manager, Business Application Management, the Application Support Associate is responsible for day-to-day second level support of third-party applications for all areas of the firm.

    The Application Support Associate will develop test strategies based on business and functional requirements and execute functional and system test plans as required for commercial software and provide support to the business for user acceptance testing.

    Answer application inquiries and complex how-to questions escalated from the IT support desk or business units;
    Research issues involving application integration points, data integrity and connectivity failures;

    Support and assist the business during creation and execution or user acceptance testing; Upon eligibility, Raymond James Ltd offers flexible workstyles, a competitive compensation and benefits package.

    Experience of Broadridge Dataphile is an asset;
    Proficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness and ability to learn new applications;
    Demonstrate advanced face-to-face, email, videoconferencing, and telephone etiquette and relationship management skills;
    Communicate proficiently in French is an asset.
    Experience in system functional testing, defect management and resolution, and using testing tools is an asset.

    Salary Range:
    BC (based on Education, Work Experience, etc) $60,000-70,000 in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
