    Description

    Our Client, an award-winning, tech-forward digital performance agency, seeks an Entry Level /Intermediate Digital Project Manager with strong problem-solving and analytical skills who can take ownership of project timelines, anticipate and solve problems, and manage the development of leading-edge technology.

    They are looking for a Digital Project Manager who can rapidly assess problem situations and creatively develop alternate solutions, share new ideas and be detail-oriented.

    Work collaboratively with project leads to develop overall project management strategy and execution.
    Create detailed project briefs and Scope of work documentation for production teams
    Partner with project lead to monitor the project team's day-to-day activities and ensure work progresses as planned.
    Manage schedules, budgets, assets and overall project organization to ensure requirements and deliverables dates are met.

    Ability to work across several projects with one or more project managers or as the coordinator with project leads.

    Document and present project status, escalations and change requests to team and clients.
    Planning for and prioritizing deliverables and resources from across all projects, based on the scope of work and project goals
    Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service.
    Daily scrum meetings with project teams (internal and external)
    Demonstrated success in the management of multiple projects in the area of web, mobile and the digital ad space
    Knowledge of website development
    Knowledge of web analytics and reporting
    Experience with content management systems (CMS), i.e. WordPress, Kentico, etc.
    Good understanding of web frontend and backend development practices and processes
    Strong understanding of the creative design process
    Experience with mobile and social media projects
    Client-facing experience an asset
    Competency in Google Apps, bug tracking, wiki and other related project management and communication tools.
    Experience with project management tools along with Airtable, Zoom
    Demonstrated ability to manage projects within strict deadlines
    Ability to manage high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
    Must exhibit a willingness to learn constantly and absorb new information like a sponge, in both the technical and the business realm
    Bilingual (English & French), an asset
