- Lead process improvement projects to drive significant improvements in key business metrics
- Assist in developing management systems including process controls, metrics, training, etc.
- Provide formal and informal training to business teams and new Process Improvement Leaders on process improvement methodologies
- Manage projects effectively by developing and executing plans, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion within budget
- Promote innovation by implementing programs that foster creative thinking and support the introduction of new ideas and processes
- Build strong relationships with colleagues from different departments to enhance cross-departmental collaboration and initiatives
- Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Business, Economics, etc.
- Skills in areas like Data Science, Process Design, Digital Development, Project Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or related fields
- Fast learner with strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical expertise suitable for the role or willingness to learn quickly
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of challenges
