    We are currently seeking experienced Senior Chartered Business Valuators (CBV) with a focus on Business Strategy.

    If you hold the CBV designation and have a proven track record in business valuation, estate and succession planning, and merger, acquisition, and divestiture consultation, we invite you to apply.

    Flexible

    As a Senior CBV specializing in Business Strategy, you will lead initiatives related to business valuation, estate and succession planning, and merger and acquisition consultation.

    Your expertise will play a crucial role in advising clients on strategic decisions to enhance their business value and ensure long-term success.

    Conduct detailed business valuations for various purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and strategic planning
    Provide expert consultation on estate and succession planning for business owners
    Lead and advise on merger and acquisition transactions, from due diligence to deal structuring
    Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic plans
    Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in business strategy and valuation
    Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation is required
    ~10+ years of experience in business valuation, estate and succession planning, and merger and acquisition consultation
    ~ Proven track record of successful business strategy implementations
    ~ Experience in providing expert testimony as a CBV in legal proceedings
    ~ Previous government grant application experience is viewed as an asset.
    ~ Prior startup experience is considered an asset.
    ~ Previous expert witness and forensic accounting experience is considered an asset.
    ~ Experience with accounting for engineers, medical doctors, pharmacists, and lawyers is considered an asset.

    Proficiency in business valuation methodologies and tools
    Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
    Computer programming (such as Python) and machine learning experience are considered an asset
    Audit and review engagement experience is considered an asset
    Blockchain experience is regarded as an asset
    Emerging technology knowledge is viewed as an asset
    Computer programming using Python is regarded as an asset
    Blockchain skills is considered an asset
