- abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation aus einer Berufsausbildung
- idealerweise verfügen Sie über erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting und Kenntnisse in der Direktansprache von Kandidaten
