- Program Administration: Responsible for all facets of program management and implementation, including planning, budgeting, evaluation and reporting;
- Management of Program Staff : Provide appropriate training for program staff on program goals, objectives, activities and procedures;
- Operational Team Participation: Responsible for active participation and leadership in organization management functions and decision-making processes;
- Leadership : Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and progress reports for Director of Programs and Services, Council, Advisory Committee and funding bodies as required; Prepare monthly, mid-term reports and annual reports or as required;
- Program Planning and Service Coordination : Develop and implement operational directives and work plans; Identify and create programming opportunities pertaining to Indigenous community-centered care and to build the GBV prevention network;

The Opportunity:
The Manager of Gender-Based Violence Prevention Programs is a key member of the Operational Team and will report to the Director of Programs and Services. You will provide leadership in areas of planning, budgeting, implementation, delivery and evaluation of Ka Ni Kanichihk's Gender-Based Violence Prevention initiatives. As a seasoned, dynamic, creative and self-motivated professional, you thrive on providing people and community-centered services and managing quality programs. You will foster and maintain multiple stakeholder relationships, serve as direct management for GBV programming, and work in collaboration with the Operational team to provide leadership, coaching and resources.
