    Job Summary


    The Manager, HRIS and Compliance will be responsible for providing planning and project coordination on different HR systems such as human resources management system (HRMS) while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization.

    This position is accountable for ensuring HR systems and HR indicators are accurate and in alignment with business needs.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead functional Global HRMS (HR Bamboo) regional super users' team in managing the daytoday activities to support the HR data, including but not limited to demographics, headcount, org charts, training hours.
    • Responsible for providing data analysis to HR leadership for compliance and any decisionmaking process.
    • Foster and maintain positive relationships with systems vendors, project managers, consultants, IT, and system users.
    • Serve as an interface between internal/external customers and the functional team members to ensure effective definition of and delivery of HRMS applications.
    • Promote proactive approaches using the HRMS to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRMS capabilities.
    • Ensure compliance of HR data and processes and identify opportunities for integration of systems.
    • Lead HR data compliance and processes with internal and external auditors and internal and external reporting.
    Job Requirements

    • This position requires a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in a HRIS global position in a relevant industry.
    • Experience with HRIS systems and Talent Management systems such HR Bamboo, Oracle.
    • Experience with extracting and presenting HRIS data and dealing with compliance applications in a global industry.
    • Strong analytical skills and presenting data in an effective way to different levels.
    • Strong written, oral and presentation skills to ensure that the message is clearly conveyed to different levels.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities and deliver effectively on ad hoc requests.
    • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
    • Ability to travel to Allied Gold's operations and offices.
