Position Introduction:
This is a full-time, permanent position, and an opportunity to work with a fun, family orientated organization in a growing company division.
- This job is a safetysensitive position and therefore, you must pass a drug and alcohol test to be eligible for employment._
Role Accountabilities:
- Workstations are clean, safe, organized and all tools are maintained and replaced to their "homes" daily.
- Support and implement changes that are a result of lean manufacturing processes.
- Production of products follows procedures and meets ISO standards within standard times.
- Report any unsafe work conditions or behavior to your Safety manager or direct manager.
- Fabricate Kelly Kan seals, H Seals, ACE Support Bars, Tanks, Kelly Kans, and all other required equipment.
- Get tools ready, inspect tools for flaws and ensure that they are working properly.
- Clean up and tool inventory.
- Fill out work orders within time limits.
- Maintain band saws, welding guns, rivet guns, chisels, plastic roller, etc.
- Participate in safety and production meetings and inventory counts.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as necessary, load and unload trucks.
- Look for and report on new and efficient ways of completing projects.
- Building maintenance (changing fluorescent lights, fixing doors, shoving and yard cleanup, etc).
Education & Experience:
- Sales and customer service experience an asset
- Construction/Fabrication experience (an asset).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate organizational skills
- Computer skills are required (software, hardware)
- Knowledge of company products (an asset).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 &14001 (an asset).
- Experience with Router Tables/Auto Cad (an asset).

Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Drug and alcohol screening, Criminal record check
- Must have reliable transportation
