    Job Description

    We're looking for a full-time, experienced line cook to help our chef during service. Duties include:

  • Assisting on the line with cooking
  • Prepping ingredients
  • Helping with inventory
  • Maintaining a clean work station
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years in a similar role.
  • Great working knowledge of Italian cuisine
  • A good command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of the Italian language is REQUIRED . Both oral & written.
  • Food-handler certificate and/or the expectation of obtaining one within 6 months of hire.

    • Additional Information

    We're a close-knit family businesses. We have fun but are serious about our reputation. We're hoping someone can join us for the long-term as we do have plans to grow via catering and food-subscription business. Opportunity for growth is always available if you're willing to commit.
