    Job Description:
    beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Special Events Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing special events for our organization. This includes researching and selecting venues, coordinating catering, and managing event budgets. The Special Events Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in event planning, hospitality, or a related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of event planning software
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
