Description
TKB Group is a custom millwork and commercial furniture manufacturer offering state-of-the-art manufacturing and professional installation.General Manager will be responsible for the profit performance of 3 Companies - TKB Custom Millwork, TKB Cabinetry and Times Installs.
In this role, the General Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring all aspects of TKB Companies are managed effectively:Operations, Production, Human Resources, strategic and organizational growth & development. Assistance and input will be required in Finance/Accounting, Legal issues, Contract acquisitions, strategic and organizational growth & development.
Tasks include but not limited to:
- Operational Oversight._
- Provides oversight and direction to all staff, managers, employees, and direct communication to finance.
- Responsible for hiring and ongoing development of Managers/ Supervisors.
- Oversees to ensure Human Resource requirements are met, legal and cost effective.
- Enforces customer service, vendor relations, negotiations, and general business standards.
- Monitors, assesses, and manages operational statistics such as productivity, production schedules and timelines, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Monitors Quality improvement and risk management.
- Ensures that policy objectives and operating procedures are developed.
- Ensures all products are of high quality and delivered on time.
- Responsible for successful and ontime completion of all production schedules.
- Financial Management_
- Assures compliance with financial goals through oversight of budgets, routine monitoring of results and analysis of variances.
- Monitors financial performance of all product lines.
- Assists in overseeing accounting Functions (A/P, A/R, Cash flow, Monthly financial statements).
- Assists in forecasts of Cash-Flow needs, takes steps to ensure cashflow remains positive.
- Assists in making sure that all bills and payments are made in a timely fashion.
- Assists financial feasibility analysis of proposed projects and business ventures.
- Appraises organizations financial position and issues executive reports on the corporation's financial stability, liquidity, and growth to the CEO.
- Assists in timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
- Strategic Planning_
- Collaborates with CEO and managers to support organizational growth and development.
- Assists in Sales and Marketing efforts.
- Assists in facilitation of development of longrange and shortterm strategic plan
- Management
- Establishes individual performance goals, reviews them with direct reports.
- Coordinates efforts over all professional staff on site.
- Establishes performance goals for direct reports, ensures goals are met and/or individual managers are held accountable for poor performance.
- Works with individual managers to develop specific goals for them to reach, coaches' managers on career development, and recommends areas where managers can improve.
Qualifications:
Salary commensurate with experience, plus an excellent bonus based of deliverables.

$90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
