    Description du poste

    Le Business Manager Pharma aura pour mission principale de développer et de gérer notre portefeuille clients dans le secteur pharmaceutique. Il/Elle sera responsable de la stratégie commerciale, de la négociation de contrats, ainsi que du suivi des projets d'ingénierie en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques. Afin de réussir dans le rôle de Business Manager Pharma, le/la candidat(e) idéal doit posséder et continuer à développer un réseau solide et actif de contacts professionnels au sein du secteur pharmaceutique.

    Développement commercial : Identifier et exploiter les opportunités de marché au sein de l'industrie pharmaceutique. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de développement commercial pour atteindre les objectifs de vente.

    Gestion de la relation client : Établir et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients existants et potentiels. Comprendre leurs besoins spécifiques et proposer des solutions adaptées.

    Négociation et suivi de contrats : Négocier les termes des contrats avec les clients et les partenaires. Assurer le suivi des projets depuis leur conception jusqu'à leur livraison, en garantissant la satisfaction client.

    Collaboration interne : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie et de support pour assurer une coordination efficace des projets. Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus internes.

    Veille stratégique : Suivre les évolutions du marché pharmaceutique et des technologies d'ingénierie pour anticiper les besoins des clients et proposer des innovations.

    Qualifications

    Formation : Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, en sciences pharmaceutiques, ou dans un domaine connexe.

    Expérience : Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire dans le secteur de l'ingénierie, de préférence dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.

    Compétences : Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.

    Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, tout en respectant les délais et les budgets.

    Connaissance approfondie du secteur pharmaceutique et des processus d'ingénierie.

    Aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et pour la prise de décision.

    Maîtrise du Français et, idéalement, de l'anglais.

    Qualités personnelles : Leadership, autonomie, capacité d'adaptation, sens du service client, esprit d'équipe.
