- Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you develop your career Why We Need You: Our FYidoctors Brandon Town Centre and FYidoctors Brandon Shoppers Mall clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to our patients. As our newest you will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up care. Join us in advancing eye health and enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment. There are 4 positions that are 1 full-time, 1 part-time, permanent positions and also one 12 month contract role and 7 month contract role . Working up to 30-40 hours per week Monday to Saturday What Will You Be Doing?
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
- Checking patients both in and out of the office
- Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
- Billing the patient, their medical service provider and other third parties
- Administering pre-testing services
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
- Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
