    Ware Malcomb presents a thrilling opportunity at our Ottawa office for an Architectural Project Manager

    Architectural Project Managers oversee entire projects from inception to completion, handling conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation, and construction services. This position involves managing consultants, internal resources, ensuring compliance with budgets, guiding contracts, representing at construction sites, and serving as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.

    Architectural Project Manager Requirements:
    • 7+ years of experience in Architecture
    • Diverse commercial background including Industrial, office, healthcare, and/or retail projects
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
    • In-depth understanding of building codes
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
    • Capability to coordinate a comprehensive set of contract documents
