We have an immediate career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Tax Team at Altus Group This position is reporting out of ourSaskatoon, Saskatchewan office with potential for a hybrid role in the future.


Primary Objective:


While you will be part of an administrative team, you will provide administrative support to professionals within the various functions including tax.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Typing, editing and proofreading correspondence. Often preparing standard letters and performing quality assurance check for completeness of all client deliverable documents.
  • Managing Manager's and Consultant's schedules, including arranging meetings / conference calls and logístical setup for these meetings, as well as making necessary travel arrangements.
  • Tracking and reporting of various operational activities.
  • Analyzing data and conducting Corporate and Land Title Searches.
  • Organizing and maintaining clientrelated files, including scanning and saving all documents.
  • Maintaining library of various publications, periodicals, records and contracts.
  • Contact database maintenance and mailings (Pipeline & Atlas Tax).
  • Assisting in the creation/production of submissions for the Assessment Appeal Boards.
  • Coordination of the flow of mail / faxes / couriers (inter—office and external).
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing within a team setting to effect process improvements / efficiencies in the delivery of support services to the Tax group.
  • Reception
  • Other related clerical duties, as assigned.

Regular Work Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:00 to 5:00

Education/Professional Development/Work Experience Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years experience providing administrative support.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, and Outlook).
  • Diploma/Degree in Administration or Business Administration, is an asset.
