Controls Service Department - Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Work safely following company policies and guidelines
Dispatch a group of technicians using HTS software and web based programs as needed
Enter work orders on a daily basis, following up on missing information (i.e.) site contacts etc.
Review completed work orders and perform daily work order downloads
Process recommendations
Follow up to ensure shop drawings are received as required. Print outs for technician
Receive packing slips and ensure correct information has been provided. Address discrepancies, file for review/match up for invoice approval
Technician support for purchase orders, job information etc.
Receive reports from field, forward to Project Manager, save copy on network in appropriate files
Provide support to technicians for required materials follow up, address information, alternate site contacts, contractor info, review of previous visit findings etc.
Review expenses; assign purchase order numbers based on expense type.
Order warranty parts as needed. Follow up on part orders placed by field and technicians.
Run payroll reports for assigned technicians
Audit report to dispatch records and jobs to ensure accuracy
Other duties as assigned
