Controls Service Department - Service Coordinator


Responsibilities:


  • Work safely following company policies and guidelines
  • Dispatch a group of technicians using HTS software and web based programs as needed
  • Enter work orders on a daily basis, following up on missing information (i.e.) site contacts etc.
  • Review completed work orders and perform daily work order downloads
  • Process recommendations
  • Follow up to ensure shop drawings are received as required. Print outs for technician
  • Receive packing slips and ensure correct information has been provided. Address discrepancies, file for review/match up for invoice approval
  • Technician support for purchase orders, job information etc.
  • Receive reports from field, forward to Project Manager, save copy on network in appropriate files
  • Provide support to technicians for required materials follow up, address information, alternate site contacts, contractor info, review of previous visit findings etc.
  • Review expenses; assign purchase order numbers based on expense type.
  • Order warranty parts as needed. Follow up on part orders placed by field and technicians.
  • Run payroll reports for assigned technicians
  • Audit report to dispatch records and jobs to ensure accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned
