Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member

Location: Grimsby, Ontario
Type: Full Time, Permanent

Position Overview:

Requirements:

OTL - Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Sales experience (preferred)
Looking to build a career
Self-motivated
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Strong work ethic
Organized, with the ability to problem-solve
Ability to work as a team
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities:

Comprehend, market and quote all products and services the Agency has to offer
Develop leads through outbound calls, pivoting and referrals
Identify customer needs and determine gaps in coverage through value-based conversations
Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service

SALARY RANGE: $ $80000 / year
