    Mercedes-Benz Boundary is currently looking to fill the position of Vans SalesConsultant.
    Your daily activity will include, butwill not be limited to:
    Following up on all leadsfrom a variety of sources.
    Meeting individual anddepartment goals.
    Promote new business andcontribute to company's customer base by sourcing new customers throughprospecting and referral networks.
    Providing a superiorexperience for our customers in order to exceed their expectations.
    Demonstrating a high levelof product knowledge, including participating in product trainingavailable.
    Set goals for each month'sproductivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
    Maintaining strong knowledgeof all vehicle's models.
    What we are looking for in a perfectcandidate:
    Effective negotiationskills, with ability to make sound decisions.
    Ability to build andmaintain rapport with customers.
    Willingness to work hard andachieve deadlines.
    Punctual and reliable.
    Self-starter and outgoingattitude.
    Procedure oriented.
    Strong customer serviceskills with excellent verbal and written skills.
    Quick adaptability to salesprocesses and the automotive market industry.
    Superior customer careskills.
    Ability to follow through onleads and close sales.
    Team oriented.
    Strong work ethics.
    Strong computer skills(internet & MS Office), with ability to maintain records usingcomputerized system.
    Vehicle product knowledge isan asset but extensive manufacture training would be provided.
    Previous automotive salesexperience would be an asset.
    Valid VSA License isrequired.
    Possesses a valid BritishColumbia Driver's License and a current copy of Abstract (ICBC driver'srecord).
    Hindi/Punjabi speaking is an asset.
