This was shot very late on an overcast day at Anstruther Lake, in the Haliburton Highlands where we spend several summer vacations. The owners had a small cottage at the far end of the property with their own dock. This was their boat. Our cottage was on an inlet of the much larger lake. Hence the calm water which was great for swimming.
