MY BLURB: There really is not much to compare between this and the original version which was in black and white and 70 years ago. Keanu Reeves is very good as the alien extermi- nator sent to rid the world of the human plague that is ruining everything. And even though this movie was made in 2008, its core message is perhaps even more relevant today. The effects in this film are outstanding and the scale of the production is one of the best things about it. It's exciting and prophetic and entertaining as hell.
