A challenge
I am responding to a challenge on one of the bogs I read, BrewNspew
This week the event is to Write a story or poem of 5 Lines or Less using the word grandparents. Try your skill.
Pictures of my grandparents I hold dear
Which comforted me as I gained in years
What stories lie behind those smiling eyes
They were young once, but also wise
With boundless energy and lots of love

Thank you, I have been reading your blog for a while probably since about March or April of last year, I think I saw it listed on another site, went to it and started reading and find it fun to read and interesting. I have it on my own blog (I am a Sonic Boomer, not a senior) as one of the "blogs I read and enjoy". By the way reading your blog led me to BeBee, but as I tend to procrastinate it took me a while to become a member of beBee, so you are getting the word out, while you give your readers interesting items to read about.
