A Serious Challenge To Republicans & Independents In America

To all Republicans and Independents in America who are currently supporting Donald Trump’s candidacy:
I challenge you to make a list of all the benefits that Trump would offer the country were he to become president.
Based on his rhetoric during this campaign and the overwhelming number of individuals and groups, many of whom are Conservative, who have become diametrically opposed to him, I have not been able to identify a single one.
If you cannot list any real benefits that his presidency would offer, then perhaps you should re-think your allegiance.
There is a great deal riding on this election with implications that reach far beyond your shores and that will have an effect on both the diplomatic and economic relationships the US currently has in the world.
I personally have sympathy for your dilemma, because neither candidate is without their share of baggage. But you are the ones that voted them as your choices.
Obviously, the Trump option has more potential downside risk for your people and your future as a super power. This is even more obvious over the past couple of weeks since his rhetoric has become increasingly inflammatory.
Take media influence out of the equation.
Just be honest and factual and make a list of his benefits. If you’re satisfied that you have made the right choice, great. But if you find that your list is pretty sparse, or in fact, empty, then maybe a re-think is in order.
