Do you see fear as an opportunity to grow? It’s normal to be afraid of something that will cause us to change or grow from our comfort zone. So when we feel that fear we should act in spite of it and stick with our goal.
Think of it this way. If fear can be described as the expectation of pain or discomfort to come, then perhaps the pain itself can be described as a weakness leaving the body. We need not be afraid of what will make us stronger.
