Physical Intelligence - Day 01

Losing nearly 20lbs last year did make a world of difference to my energy and way of being, as well as the way that I thought and how I handled what came my way in the general flow of life. For the most part of a year I kept below 200lbs and I even dipped below 190lb, but over several weeks I have developed some habits that are not conducive to either health or well being.
So it is that I am going to engage in another 90 days of logging my physical intelligence journey, just as I did last year - but this time it is not a promise to a daughter, but a self-determined decision, knowing that as difficult as the 90 days were last year to sustain, I did manage to keep this commitment. This time around this exercise being a self-driven choice may be sustainable.
Sustainable basically means that physical intelligence becomes an normal and natural way of life - a lifestyle and not a forced conscription. As my weight moves back towards 210lbs, or at least at steady 206lbs now, I know from last year what loss of pounds felt like and this year the 90 day goal is to reach 186lb as the marker where I need to fire up my metabolism towards.
Last year I kept one log at LinkedIn called "PHYSICAL INTELLIGENCE"

This year there will be 90 buzzes filed into the Bronze Learning Hive, but referencing back to day-by-day comparisons. Those previously formed comments in the original exercise. Now they will incorporate one comment matched with the year-to-date buzz. Day 1 comment last year was :

How could this video have had an effect on my long-term psyche when I actually lost memory of this in the passing of a year. So much for motivational videos. All I know is that I was mighty relieved last year when I had reached the 90th day and I was the complete opposite of this guy, I just about got myself over the line, with my primary desire being to give up.
This guy is doing all sorts of muscle bound activity, but on Day 1 I am simply walking on a treadmill for 1 hour and that by itself leaves me sweating heavily - and that is the sweat of lack of fitness, not the sweat of a workout video. What matters is not being critical of motivational video's but engaging in what works. Doing what works. And so begins another 90 days.
