Physical Intelligence - Day 23

Exercise addiction is not a physical intelligence, it is a psychological condition perpetuated to fit into a certain image projected in the media. It is just one more red flag in a series of things that are related to engaging in a more visual and image conscious society and just one more concern to tag onto consequences of getting our brains branded on image.
The video features a young girl who suffered from anorexia issues that left her painfully thin, having recovered from that which was a near death experience, she has simply changed the nature of her anorexia towards exercise. Even though she looks fit and great, her mentality is now that she MUST be that way, whether exercise makes her suffer or doctors tell her to stop or that she gets banned from gyms for engaging too much due to her fears of not looking good.
