Physical Intelligence - Day 26

This week has been a bad week when it comes to nutrition and the food stars were not well aligned because there was a bunch of snackables that the kids purchased which I availed myself to but which don't fit with the aims of physical intelligence.  The good news is that I am engaging something that I don't like doing, but the bad news is that I am not disengaging what I like doing. 

That liking comes in the form of pies, cookies, cakes and what has most come my way this week, which are delicious choc ice bars.  So much so that the net loss of weight from exercise is beginning to be negated by the net gain of fattening friendly foods.  The lesson I have learned this week is that

"One is not Done - Zero is Hero".

So while I savoured every last drop of foods which are not physically intelligent to eat, moving forward I need to discipline myself to the Zero is Hero mantra. 

Instead of engaging chin ups I have been engaging double chin.  The answer I am providing myself that if I am tempted by the instant gratification of sugary temptation, I shall immediately watch youtube video's about workout snacks that I would rather not watch.
