Physical Intelligence - Day 27

Day 27 Physical

Intelligence

Yesterday I did make a progressive step in declaring "Zero is Hero".  Only problem is that when food time came I noticed that in our household groceries and food purchases, just how much is invested in food that I decided to eliminate yesterday.  Where there was a healthy choice, it was not appetizing or appealing or it was a solitary item like the package of strawberries.  We live communally and the chief shopping list contributors is more influenced by our kids because there are so many of them.  What they find appealing is mostly ZERO right now for me.

So it was good that I met my resolve but I am limited in choices and because consensus is our way I am basically out-voted by a factor of 12 or more.  Moreover I don't actually know what it is I want because I don't fully understand what is good for me or not.  The act of deciding what is good or not is subject of opinion and OPINION is the dominant currency of choice here.  I would love to say exploration is the dominant currency of choice but it is invariably always opinion.

This is leading to creating a distraction and distractions are not helpful, if anything they ameliorate difficult or challenging thinking, whose answers may not be right.  This leads straight to the kind of thinking which is a known to end one's will for exercise, trying to establish the perfect situation or scenario.  The video's I listened to today carry a similar message and theme beginning with a guy who calls himself "Modern Health Monk" :
