Physical Intelligence - Day 4

I had to laugh when I read the Day 4 account from last year because the central issue is still the same right now, which is following a physical intelligence regiment is disturbing my sleep cycle and it is doing that for the exact same reasons I outlined in 2016. Leaving gym too late in day.

Today I can log my practice before I am going to engage it - and it is much easier to engage it today because there is a Premier League match on television, which I assume right now that I am able to watch on the television in the gym room.   Just the second half of the Swansea vs Tottenham game absorbs 45 minutes in the gym room. 

Logging the journey is an inconvenience but it is also a practicality, because if I did not, I would not have the motivation to engage in this physical activity.  The drop from 206lbs to 203lbs over the last three days may simply be a reduction in water weight.  The tiredness I feel from insufficient hours of sleep also contributes to the voice in the head saying, "No Mass".
