Day 44 Physical Intelligence BRONZE LEARNING HIVE FITNESSLast year the focus turned to "keeping up with my grand-kids" and that is still a worthy objective this year.聽 Yesterday Sara Jacobovici and Deb 馃悵 Helfrich introduced me to two practitioners of very grounded physical intelligence.聽 These are Moshe Feldenkrais and Ester Gokhale - both of whom have methods associated to their names.聽 Of the two Moshe is someone I found most interesting because his the depth of his thinking was immediately apparent :

I did check out Olena and she has an excellent site. First I want to check out Moshe and I am heading out to get a copy of Awareness Through Movement. Not just with a plan to read it some time down the road, but getting it right now after I finish with this comment. Plus this week is the first that actually looks like we are no longer in the grip of winter. Considering that I did not know who Mosh茅 Feldenkrais was before I woke up today, this is one of the more speedier learning curves. I look forward to indulging myself in his words, so far it is X-marks the spot because what I seen this morning jives with how I think of physical intelligence. This exposure is most welcome while noting that this is day 44 of 90, so I am half way through.
