Physical Intelligence - Day 60
The watch word for today is QUIT. There is one part of my mind which asks that another 30 days will change that has not changed in the last 60 days or the 90 days in the corresponding year before. Then there is the battling and rebutting part of my mind which says keep going because how do I know that things will not be different 30 days from now until I have followed through.

Along with Gert Scholtz poem, the Johnson quote is a great reminder that words do have power. The words we use as a physical intelligence are greatly underestimated. Our words do carry effect. Perseverance is a fire within that can be effected by other people's words but the actual act of fitness is one we individually own. It is us within us. There is a certain Candide aspect to physical fitness which actually moves us to humour. While physical intelligence is better with meaning, there is a huff and puff in health and fitness which is as amusing as physical practice. The humour in physical fitness activity can rank in it at par with the physical aspect of sex. If an alien composed of a different kind of energy came to Earth to observed the physicality of human beings, even aliens will laugh.
