Physical Intelligence - Day 63
Not only did I fall a day behind in my logging of my 90 Day Physical Intelligence journey but Day 63 marked a not so graceful moment also. I could say that there is a conspiracy by the food industry to put sugar in many foods with the intent of making us addicted to sugar, therefore in so doing make us eat more. So I will indulge that conspiracy by featuring a millennial style video about fat vs sugar that invariably or usually ends with the words "show us some love" :
If I do end up having an ice-cream breakfast it has more to do with the fact that the kids (like kids do) don't wake up early but even with this reckless abandonment there is a moment when we actually reflect back on the enjoyment of indulgence (boomers call this "sin"), there is a point where the reality is one "I have had my fill" and now I have better things to do . . . . . ."
