Physical Intelligence - Day 88

What happens when a shock announcement changes the whole shape of the day?  The easy answer is you get up cowboy and get up' on that horse.  The horse we have happens to be exercise but it is the last thing one thinks about when hearing news with a sting in its tail.  Maybe it is not at par with grief from loss of some kind, but something that cuts our legs from under ourselves is something that requires its own physical intelligence perspective.

What seemed like a labour of love is suddenly stolen away as described in "Ripped Education" and many months of work suddenly have no direction or purpose to them, because the person you need to complete that purpose is no longer available due to no longer having a paid job, which allowed him to volunteer as a faculty advisor.  Having spent countless unpaid hours to get a group to a certain point that is good, my feet are cut beneath me due to circumstances affecting someone else - so where physical intelligence play its part in a day like this?

This buzz is as unexpected a thing I thought I would be writing as were the event of the day.  This took me into seeing the positive benefits of movement in moments when we feel immobilized whether that is by shock, sadness, sorrow or grief - so it is I found a video entitled "Yoga for a Broken Heart"

There are an incredible 25 MILLION VIEWS for the Unbroken video - so that to me is a whole lot of brokenness - but what is truly unbroken - IS WHOLE - and WHOLE is a physical intelligence !
