I recommended her once before which is on Sara's profile page, but I would like to say a little more about Sara Jacobovici, which I did not include in my prior recommendation of her.

It is this.

Sara is among the most impressive minds I have come across both here and originally at LinkedIn. She may return a response as a compliment because that is who she is, a person who is naturally inclined to be thoughtful and considerate of human beings and life in general.

What she possesses are two great qualities of 21st Century leadership.

The first of those qualities is the appreciative, for she is a deeply nuanced individual around the human condition, recognizing that appreciation is a far greater and fundamental intelligence than those that dissect life in a critical way, which invariably ends up being judgement or criticism that limits rather than builds the human spirit. A 21st Century leader must possess the quality of great listening. It is not a given that leaders in this century possess that degree of listening, because we don't naturally make listening a primary focus of leadership - but it is there in the world Sara relates with and relates to.

The second of those qualities is depth to cognitive capability. It is the kind that Ali Anani is constantly recognizing and when he is interacting with her, the exchanges elevate and the conversation becomes that much more enriched. It is not a given that we all possess a higher order of capability, for that magnitude of order is recognizable where a human being is most in flow. Sara is in flow when she enters conversations that are about human and work transformation. She is genuinely interested in the enhancement of quality of life and being.

This reflects in the work she does as a creative therapist. Not just therapy but work which involves getting people who have encountered what life can throw at them, and now need help to find the way back to that potential which was held back by a road-block. It is no wonder that many people, including myself would love to see her thoughts encapsulated, because she is mindful of her own body of work, and one can see she is continuously developing that body of work, but it awaits it becoming a form of a book. Most bee's would like to see her co-author with Ali Anani and in this regard, especially if it is engaged in the context of beBee, that could not be a better form of recognition, for the splendid human being and excellent professional that Sara Jacobovici is.

In a private email with Franci Eugenia Hoffman we were both singing her processes, so this buzz is as much an appreciation of Sara from me, as it is from Franci.

For Cyndi wilkins Dear Cyndi, my condolences to you and your family on your recent loss. At times like this I find there is solace in those who share a similiar experience, especially a daughter honoring her father. We do that in whatever way is right for us. 🐝 Fatima Williams wrote a personal blog about her father which is worth sharing again They say time is medicine ; I now believe it's a myth https://www.bebee.com/producer/@fatima-williams/they-say-time-is-medicine-i-now-believe-it-s-a-myth This is a time for sisters to share, and for us to stand back and let two daughters speak in private, for in these conversations there is a knowing and a feeling that goes beyond what anyone can say in their respects and the all the solemn words of comfort. Sincerely Manjit

Dear Cyndi wilkins do you know why I like being online? I have a big, big family - they are integrated, they are noisy, every weekend there is little difference between a party and the family as they are. In these moments I get to spend time by myself and I am alone with my thoughts - and as soon as I have finished this, I am back into the communal spirit. Family is important to me, but privacy even more so - in that regard I am different to all those around me - they like being together and when the girls who married come home on the weekend - the noise volumes go up. And then there is these times when I get to be alone with my thoughts to let them flow. I get to be with my family as I grow. What can there possibly be anything in life greater than that. Do you know what I like about Sara? She has similiar inclinations - and I know that, I know that for sure - not here at beBee but out there back in Israel. I know it in the story of Ida http://blogs.timesofisrael.com/honoring-my-mother-in-life-2/ I know it in the story of Joseph http://blogs.timesofisrael.com/to-honor-the-father/ Those two blogs stand shoulder above anything else she has written because she has touched upon the two most important people in the world. A mother. A father. It is not her intellect or her ability to recognize the human spirit - it is who she loves more than anything in the world. That kind of heart - rest assured. I know it. I honour it. The same is true of Ali Anani - and these hearts are what I call greatness.

This is a buzz that I would love to hang on a wall on my profile page. Fatima [ 🐝 Fatima Williams ] drew attention to his buzz some weeks ago as she recollected it and on the day I wrote it, it was considerably special and that is the quality of the finest wine also - it gets better with age - which you mention in your comment "Time reveals". If I had a wall on my profile page, I would simply call it APPRECIATION - "Appreciation" is a most magnificent word - it is the most important [YES MOST IMPORTANT] word of the 21st Century.
