Our tax team is growing As a U.S. Tax Analyst you will support the completion of U.S. federal and state, corporate and partnership income tax returns, tax elections and other U.S. tax filings as well as work with our Tax Financial Reporting team. Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and assist in filing U.S. federal and state corporate and partnership income tax returns, elections and other necessary tax filings.
  • Prepare annual U.S. tax provisions and income tax trueups.
  • Prepare monthly quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and longrange plans.
  • Assist with audit query responses.
  • Prepare/assist with annual SOX narrative updates.
  • Identify, research, and document U.S. federal and state tax issues.
  • Assist with special projects and tax planning initiatives.
  • Provide information and support to other functions in the Finance Department.
  • Work in a deadlinedriven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum four years of corporate income tax work experience.
  • Completion or working towards a recognized accounting designation.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A high degree of initiative and selfmotivation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with OneSource income tax preparation software.
  • Working knowledge of SAP (running GL details, financial information, etc.) would be an asset
  • Experience with Tax Accounting System of OneSource Income Tax and OneSource Tax Provision software would be considered an asset.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
