The Corporate Services Division (CSD) provides a suite of strategic business and support services to the Ministry of Finance, as well as to the Office of the Premier, Minister's Offices (MOSS), Government House, Office of the Conflict of Interest Commissioner (COIC), Crowns and other public sector organizations, enabling them to achieve their objectives and comply with corporate policy and legislation.


The Intermediate Technical Analyst is responsible for managing the incident, problem, and IT asset programs across multiple platforms, program areas and a variety of environments, including continuous improvement, configuration in Jira Service Management and developing integrations with related systems and services.


Job Requirements:


  • Certificate or higher in computer science or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience with asset management and incident management.
  • Experience in investigating and implementing complex IT integration challenges.
  • Experience troubleshooting, testing, implementing software solutions.
  • Experience configuring Atlassian products, such as Jira Service Management.
  • ITIL Certification. Experience leveraging automation and/or systems integration to achieve process improvement.
