Description

Western Stevedoring is seeking a Manager, IT Infrastructure to join our team.

This full-time position is based at our head office in North Vancouver and reports to the Director of Information Technology.

This senior level hands-on technical role leads in the design, development, and management of critical server, security, Azure cloud and networking infrastructure.

You will research and test platforms and work closely with the Director of IT in the selection of new technologies in support of overall strategic growth and security initiatives.

You will be part of a motivated and diverse team and be given the autonomy and support to do your best work.

You will manage and provide level 3 support for our head office infrastructure and support staff, and coordinate with other IT team members across Western Group to align technologies and best practices.

You will have opportunities to work on a diverse set of cloud and on-premise back-end technologies.
