    Description

    Join FYidoctors as a Clinic Manager in Ottawa-Westboro on a Full-Time, permanent basis. The clinic operates Monday to Friday with the possibility of Saturday hours in the future.

    The Clinic Manager will guide staff on processes, programs, and products, as well as provide education. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail optics as a manager or customer service specialist.

    This team member will maintain a 40-hour workweek from Mondays to Saturdays.

      • Responsibilities:

      • Promote teamwork among staff
      • Develop trust and commitment within the workgroup
      • Train and coach staff on FYidoctors processes, programs, and products
      • Provide exceptional customer service and quality eyewear
      • Set and achieve clinic revenue targets
      • Recruit, onboard, and train new staff
      • Manage staff/doctors schedules
      • Handle AR/AP
      • Submit and track benefits (OHIP and third party)
      • Manage banking deposits and reconciliations
      • Oversee inventory
      • Lead daily clinic operations

        • The Ideal Candidate:

        • Minimum two years of customer service experience in retail
        • At least one year in a coaching or leadership role
        • Optical experience is advantageous
        • Strong organization and time management skills
        • Effective oral and written communication abilities
        • Adaptability and quick problem-solving skills
        • Proven success in people management
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office
