    Dans ce role, vous assurerez le succes d'une offre de restauration unique, en hauteur prise par la communaute montrealaise et ses visiteurs.
    Votre role inclura latteinte des objectifs du restaurant, la satisfaction de la clientele ainsi que la gestion et la mobilisation de l'equipe.
    Vous serez responsable de la planification, lorganisation, la direction et lexploitation du restaurant fin dassurer son efficacite et sa rentabilite.
    Nous croyons en l'importance d'un equilibre vie-travail sain en vous donnant acces aux essentiels de la vie quotidienne et en y ajoutant des rabais recreatifs sur les services Corner et les partenaires du quartier.

    Assurer une communication efficace et continue avec la cuisine de maniere a assurer le deroulement fluide des differents services
    Sassurer de la satisfaction de la clientele pendant et apres le service
    Gerer les insatisfactions, offrir des solutions aux clients selon leurs besoins et faire le suivi approprie sil y a lieu
    Diriger, motiver et inspirer une equipe de professionnels de la restauration dans nos activites quotidiennes.

    Minimum 5 ans dexperience dans un poste de gestion dans un restaurant haut de gamme
    Bilingue francais/anglais en raison de sa communication frequente avec une clientele internationale
    Experience a maintenir des codes de service exemplaires tout en gerant du volume
